Principal / Master BuilderAs Co-Owner of Wiemann & Sons Construction, Kim Wiemann represents more than four decades of hands-on building experience and craftsmanship. Throughout east-central Missouri, he has earned a reputation as a trusted builder and problem solver, delivering everything from custom homes and major structural renovations to highly detailed finish carpentry projects.
Over the years, Kim has encountered virtually every framing challenge, site condition, and architectural complexity imaginable. His ability to identify solutions, adapt to unforeseen conditions, and maintain uncompromising quality standards has become a defining characteristic of the Wiemann name.
Beyond his technical expertise, Kim's decades-long relationships with local suppliers, municipal officials, engineers, and some of the region's most respected tradesmen help ensure projects move efficiently from planning through completion. Principal / Operations DirectorShea Wiemann
As Co-Owner and Principal of Wiemann & Sons Construction, Shea Wiemann combines a lifetime of hands-on construction experience with extensive project leadership and operational expertise. Raised on construction jobsites alongside his father, he learned the realities of building from the ground up long before earning a degree in Architectural Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
Following graduation, Shea built a successful career leading large-scale operations, project management, and construction programs within the heavy infrastructure and pipeline industries. Over nearly two decades, he managed complex projects involving strict schedules, multi-million-dollar budgets, demanding regulatory requirements, and extensive coordination between owners, contractors, engineers, and field teams.
Today, Shea brings that same disciplined approach to every Wiemann & Sons project. His background allows him to combine practical construction knowledge with institutional-level planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality management systems rarely found in residential construction. Whether serving as an Owner's Representative, overseeing a custom home build, or managing a major renovation, Shea's focus remains the same: protecting the client's investment while delivering exceptional results.
A lifelong resident of Troy, Missouri, Shea lives with his wife and their five boys. Together with his father and family, he is helping build a company rooted in craftsmanship, accountability, and a commitment to serving Missouri families for generations to come.
